4. COMBELL guarantees to ONLY take part in operations with the purpose to change the domain name's licensee by using specific transaction methods, as required for that specific domain name extension.

5. COMBELL guarantees to have the required technical knowledge and financial stability.

6. COMBELL will make available - via its website - accurate and unambiguous information; such as description of delivered services, applicable prices, agent's contact information, applicable conditions, methods of payment, etc...

7. COMBELL will only start a domain name tranfer at the owner's explicit request. COMBELL will take no action to obstruct a transfer procedure, started by the owner.

8. COMBELL will always abide by their privacy policy. The customer's personal data will never be passed on to any third parties. COMBELL will refrain from 'spam' practices.

9. COMBELL will always inform the customer about the general conditions of the registry authority of a certain domain name extension and potential updates of this document.
