Our virtual server environment allows you to host larger websites or your own applications in a separate server environment. An extremely powerful physical dedicated server is divided into several smaller virtual servers. Each virtual server has its own environment and offers the same possibilities as a physical dedicated server. Just as for a dedicated server, you get root access and can thereby configure the virtual server according to your wishes.
Our virtual servers are installed on extremely powerful hardware, namely on DELL Poweredge 2950 servers with Intel Dual Xeon 1.60 GHz Clovertown Quad Core processors. Therefore, these servers harness the power of eight processors and have several GBs worth of RAM memory. This efficient configuration allows us to divide the physical server into several virtual servers. |

No influence of other users on the server
 Every virtual server runs a local copy of the operating system. Your system runs in a “sandbox”, which means that your system undergoes no influence whatsoever of the presence of other virtual servers on the same server. In the event that a failure occurs on another virtual server running on the same machine, your personal virtual server will be unaffected.
