Invoices need to be understandable before anything else. That is why, from now on, Combell invoices will come with a new layout. But invoices also need to be available. Any time and anywhere. For this reason, from today, you will find three new features on my.combell.com.

Digital invoices – We send all our news and invitations via e-mail. But your invoices are still sent by regular mail… It is high time to do something about it and save some trees. To make this possible, please select “receive invoices via e-mail only” in my.combell.com. After that, you will receive a regular e-mail instead of a letter and a stamp.

Overview of your invoices – From now on, on my.combell.com, you will find an overview of all your invoices and credit notes of the past 15 months. With their payment statuses and the possibility to download everything in PDF format.

Direct online payment – Would you like to pay your invoices online? You can do this with just one click. Without having to enter the amount or your password.
