Both with a Basic Mailbox and an Exchange Mailbox you can view your e-mails online. The way it’s done is different.
- With a Basic Mailbox you can view your e-mails online via Webmail .
- With an Exchange Mailbox you can view your e-mail online via Outlook Web App .
Or follow these steps in the control panel to find the link to the online mailbox:
- Go to “My products”> “E-mail hosting”> Click on “Manage” next to the domain name for which you want to consult the mailbox.
- On the right, click on “Log into webmail” or if you have an Exchange mailbox, click on “Outlook Web Access” on the left.
