How can I make a copy of my database with Plesk?

Through PhpMyAdmin you can create a backup of your database to restore later – or to move to another hosting environment. Here is how:

1. Log in your Plesk control panel.
2. Navigate to the horizontal menu at the top.
3. Click on the ‘Websites & Domains’ section.
4. On the side menu to your right, find the ‘Databases’ link. Click on it.
5. Find the database you would like to manage and click on the ‘Webadmin’ button. Click on it.
6. Click on the ‘Export’ button.
7. Choose a format to export and click on ‘Go’.
8. Browse for a nice location and save locally.
