Tags are labels you can assign to your products to ease your management.
For example:
- You could tag together services of a particular customer of yours
- You could tag together services you offer in a package, or with a discount
- You could tag together services you offer extended support for
Tags can be assigned to the following products: domain names, e-mail hosting, webhosting, DNS & forwarding, sitebuilder and SSL

How do I create a tag?
Follow these steps in the control panel :
- Click on “Settings” >“Users”.
- Select “Tags” in the menu on the left and then click on “Add tag”
- Add a name and description and click on “Add tag”
How do I assign tags in bulk?
Follow these steps in the control panel :
- Click on “Settings” >“ Users ”
- Choose “Tags” in the menu on the left
- Search for the tag you want to assign and click on “Permissions”
- You now see the product groups that can be tagged
- Find the group you want to tag and click on “Specify”
- Click on the product to highlight it.
- The changes are implemented immediately. You should not click on “Save”.
How do search by tag?
You can perform a search, filtered by a tag in the home page of control panel as well as in every product overview page.
Once you have filtered the products labeled with that tag, you can access the management for that product, or export a list of the labeled products in .csv, .xls or .pdf.
