How to erase the browser cache?

Internet Explorer

  1. Go to right top corner and click on the three horizontal lines. From the dropdown menu choose “Options”.
  2. Click on “Privacy & Settings” on the left site of the options page.
  3. Scroll down and find “Cached Web Content”. Click on “Clear Now”.

Edge

  1. Click on the hub button at the upper right corner of your screen.
  2. In the “Clear Browsing Data” section click on “Choose what to clear”
  3. Select at least “Cached data and files” and click on “Clear”

Firefox

  1. Windows
    1. Go to the upper right corner of the page, open the drop-down menu and click on “Options”.
    2. Choose “Privacy & Security” from the menu on the left.
    3. Go to “Cookies and Site Data” and click on “Clear Data”.
  2. Mac
    1. Click on the settings button at the upper right corner and choose “Preferences”
    2. Switch to the Advanced panel
    3. Switch to the “Network tab”
    4. In the “Cached Web Content” section click on “Clear Now”

Chrome

  1. Click on the settings button at the upper right corner and choose “More tools” > “Clear browsing data”.
  2. Check the dropdown at the top look for the amount of data you are deleting
  3. Select at least Cached images and files
  4. Click on “Clear browsing data”

Safari

  1. Navigate to the top and click on “Safari”
  2. Follow “Preferences” > “Advanced”
  3. Check “Show Develop menu” in menu bar
  4. You now see the “Develop menu” at the top. Follow “Develop” > “Empty Caches”.
