Import a backup into Outlook for Mac

If you have made a backup (export) of your mailbox , you can easily import it into Outlook for Mac.

Follow these steps in Outlook for Mac: 

1. Via the navigation bar at the top you go to “File” > Import.
2. Select the type of your backup and click “Continue”.
3. Select the file with your backup and click on “Import”.
4. After the import is complete, click on “Finish” to complete.
