When faced with the error “Unable to allocate memory for pool” then you may want to change the apc.shm_size.
Follow these steps in the control panel to change the apc.shm_size:
- Go to “My products”> “Web hosting”> Click on the button “Manage hosting” to the right of your domain name for which you want to protect a folder.
- Choose in the left menu for “PHP settings”.
- Click on the dropdown menu to change the apc.shm_size.
- Then click on “Save” to confirm this.
