To change the address where you receive your invoice, follow the steps below:
- Log in your My Combell hosting control panel (https://my.combell.com/en).
- Navigate to the horizontal menu at the top. Click on ‘Settings’.![Settings][1]
- Click on ‘Customer Information’. You will see your overview.![Customer Information][2]
- To the left on your screen, follow ‘Addresses’.![Addresses][3]
- Click on the ‘Add’ or ‘Edit’ button.
- Fill in the up to date address and ‘save’.![Fill in the form][4]
- The confirmation message will tell you you did it right: ‘The address has been edited’.
To switch from paper invoice to e-invoice, follow the steps below:
- Log in your My Combell hosting control panel (https://my.combell.com/en).
- Navigate to the horizontal menu at the top. Click on ‘Settings’.![Settings][5]
- Click on ‘General Settings’.![General Settings][6]
- Scroll down to the ‘Invoicing’ section
- At the bottom you can use the ‘on/off switch’ to switch to email notifications only.![Invoicing settings][7]
- As soon as the timer disappears you can leave the page – there is no need for confirmation.
To change the company information follow the steps below:
- Log in your My Combell hosting control panel (https://my.combell.com/en).
- Navigate to the horizontal menu at the top. Click on ‘Settings’.![Settings][8]
- Click on ‘Customer Information’. You will see your overview.![Customer Information][9]
- To the left on your screen, click on ‘Company’.
- You will find the up to date address and phone number you can contact us on, to change your company information![Address and phone number][10]
