Conditions for the refund via the money back guarantee:

• You need to submit the refund request within 90 days after purchase.
• Only one refund per customer can be processed and 1 product per product type can be processed.
• A refund is only possible for end customers and thus not for resellers.
• A refund is only possible for new customers or for existing customers who have never purchased the contested product before.
• When we give you your money back, we consider the remaining months of the contested product (pro rata), from the first day of the next month.
• First, you need to cancel the product via the standard cancellation form. After that, you have the possibility to claim your money back via the chargeback form. The services go offline from the first day of the next month.
• It is possible to get a refund for all products, except options, special domain names or domain name options, SSL certificates, Microsoft / Office 365, servers and derivative products (both VPS and Cloud or other solutions). It is however possible to get a refund for standard domain names (.be, .nl, .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, .eu), web hosting, all e-mail products, SiteBuilder, Online Fax, databases, etc.
