Nouvelle alerte aux fraudeurs de domaines
Dans un billet publié précédemment, nous avions déjà attiré votre attention sur ceux que l’on appelle les fraudeurs de domaines. Nous avons à nouveau reçu plusieurs messages de la part de clients qui avaient reçu un courriel émanant d’une société d’enregistrement asiatique. Cette société affirme que quelqu’un lui a fait la demande d’enregistrer le nom de votre marque en Asie sous toutes les extensions possibles. Ces avertissements ne sont qu’une manière sournoise de vous convaincre d’enregistrer des domaines auprès de cette société. Dans 99,99 % des cas, l’autre partie n’existe naturellement pas.
Même COMBELL a reçu de tels messages. En voici un exemple

On the Jul. 14, 2008, we received an application formally. One company named " Overlade Group '' applied for following:
Internet Brand Name:
Combell
And the Domain Names:

combell.hk
combell.com.hk
combell.co.in
combell.co.kr
combell.sg
After our initial examination, we found that the Internet Brand Name and Domain Name applied for registration are as same as your company's name and trademark. These days we are dealing with it. If you do not know this company, we doubt that they have other aims to buy these domain names. Now we have not finished the registration of Overlade company yet, Because of these domain names relate to you company's trade mark,Intellectual property, and patent in the internet.so I think these domain names are very important for you.in order to deal with this issue better, Please contact us by telephone or email as soon as possible.If you are not in charge of this please transfer this email to appropriate dept.Thanks for your cooperation !
